Service has been consistently slow and server is forgetful and under 27, so there isn't an age related excuse. 2nd time hes... served me and, though faster this time, had another excuse for why refill of 3.99 soda sort of limited me to 2 refills before Iwas done with meal. This time they happened to pick the exact time I was there to clean soda dispenser. Last visit my pancakeside came out 15 or so minutes after my 55+BLT was delivered. That excuse was a mix up in kitchen. Same old, same old. Pick upyour game Brandon. The first job of wait-staff is to get the order right, then get it to customer properly. First time I wasthere, it took 15 minutes before you brought coke and water to me and I was obviously hot and in need of a cold drink. THATS WHYI ORDERED A WATER. A glass of water should be automatic on a hot day in summer and the customer is dripping sweat. Bring it withyou when you take the order, or before, when I'm seated by the hostess. The restaurant was nearly empty, so being overtaxed isnot a valid excuse. We're not in California. There are no drinking water restrictions on Long Island requiring patrons to askfor it to get it. And I asked for it. YOU PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BROUGHT THEM WITH MY MEAL IF I DIDN'T TELL ANOTHER WAITSTAFF TOTELL YOU TO BRING THEM OUT SOONER. Read more
My first time going since they reopened but it was real nice. Lots of food for a great price. The kids enjoyed it. The kids all... wanted the minion pancakes with the bananas but they didn't eat it. Guess they just like the idea that it was minions. I wouldsuggest go with the regular. Read more

My husband and I stopped by here around 7:30am on a Sunday and there were only a few other diners at the time. It took a while... to get a server to come over to our table. When someone did, he seemed less than pleased to be there, but granted, it was superearly on a Sunday morning. The food was really good but the service was very slow considering there were few people in there. Read more

We had lunch today at IHOP at this location in Farmingdale. The service was good and the food was good. The onion rings were... really good and the coffee ? hit the spot. Parking is available so no issues there. The price is reasonable and the server toldus that there is no rush to leave once we're finished eating. Staff wore mask, the restaurant was fairly busy but not verycrowded. Read more
The staff is very polite and knowledgeable as to what other options you can substitute for a healthier choice.! Service is fast... and this establishment is very Clean! I didn't give it 5 stars for the food because their steak is not that good and they alwaysget my cook on the steak wrong! Read more
