There's something about a nice cup of Dunkin' donuts coffee on a cold fall day. I especially enjoy the morning wraps, not a lot... of calories and very filling. Update...As i just saw this from a few years ago. THEY HAVE IMPROVED! My order is always ready when I get there! And they almost... always get it right!! Guess there were some kinks a few years ago... I had initially said that I hope one day things wouldchange...and they did!! If you are in the area, this is a terrific DD! I don?t like to talk bad about any business, but I?ve given this location to many chances before i said i would leave this... google review.. the night shift is by far the worse of the worse there possibly is. I come every night because they stay openlate, but everytime i come the service is TERRIBLE, SLOW, or they dont know how to make a certain drink because they weren?t?taught? How to make it, and even the BASIC SIMPLE drinks MY BABY SISTER CAN MAKE AT HOME are NEVER MADE CORRECTLY EVER!!! Icame by through the drive thru, the employee told me to come back in 15 mins??? Are u kidding me ? Who says that? They refusedto take my order then asked me how many items was i ordering and if i was picking up an order for uber or something. I said noim a regular customer trying to make a regular order. This place in the night time is just terrible, poor management if i wasthe owner of this place and i saw how things were ran i would flip out!!!! Also in the night time a lot of sketchy things go onits either ?card machine dont work so you need to pay cash, or we cant accept payment through the app right now, and then theystart guessing there own prices on the items. By far the worse dunkin donuts (service wise) out there. If the owner is readingthis and cares about his/her buisness i hope they make a change, or hire more staff to cover the night shift if u only got oneemployee working. It?s an efficient and clean store. They have a Baskin Robbins attached to the store as well. If the drive thru line is long, I... sometimes feel they give people in the cars priority. It?s partly understandable given the fact that that line can get long. Read more
My husband comes here almost every morning for a simple breakfast sandwich. Anna is very rude and didn't make the sandwich the... way it was advertised, and told my husband he had to pay extra for bacon that was supposed to come with it. She also gives himsmall cups when he orders mediums after its already paid for and then tries to say he didn't pay for a medium he only paid for asmall even though it was on the receipt.
