The lady in the drive thru asked me if I wanted to upgrade to medium or large since they were out of small cups, I told her I... did not want to purchase an upgrade just because they were out of supplies. She handed me a medium cup halfway filled with soda.So unprofessional, common courtesy would just give me the medium for the inconvenience. This morning we went and ordered breakfast sandwiches and I ordered sausage on mine and this was through the drive through. Got... the food home and discovered that everything had bacon on it. My boyfriend went back up there to get it corrected and ended upcoming home with yet another biscuit with bacon on it. I don't understand but I won't waste my time on breakfast at Wendy's everagain. When I arrived I thought it was closed. No line or cars in the parking lot. I ordered a chili and a pecan chicken salad. Chili... was Luke warm. The salad was missing blue cheese. The lady that took my order was very rude. I see why it looked like a ghosttown. Read more
First off Wendy?s is great and this one is no exception. Also please keep the $1 biscuits. I want to say thank you to the lady... who always serves me with a smile pretty consistently every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning at about 7am in the drivethru. You brighten my day and have been one of my favorite familiar faces on my weekly routine. I wish I knew her name. I doknow her work ethic and attitude though which I can say is far and above what a lot of people have now days. I?m dreading theday that I graduate from school and never come back to this location as it is just way too far out of my way. Thanks again. Read more
Margarita is the manager I believe and if not , then she should be . Very friendly , kindhearted and a hard worker. The cashier was very patient and helpful, guiding me through the menu inside. My first grilled chicken sandwich had extremely... dry chicken. Not from overcooking, but from sitting too long. They remade it right away. I waited a few minutes, and it was verygood! Fries extra crispy, no salt, were perfect. Soda ratios are right, chocolate Frosty seemed better than elsewhere.
