Person making the sandwiches was so rude. At first she added bacon which I did not approve of. When brought it to her notice,... she started acting all rude. Hate the service. Hate the food. I?ve always been a subway fan but not anymore. Worst customerservice. Worst food. Read more
Subway is OK, this particular one SUCKS due to rude, grumpy, stingy owners/sandwich artists. If you aren't there in person to... repeatedly ask for extras of the free toppings and sauces, they'll just sprinkle the most minimal amount on - just enough forplausible deniability if someone complains they left something off. Another reason to NEVER order online from them is that theyalways seem to hold my order hostage when i try to pick it up, almost as if out of spite! I used to go there often, but theyalways seemed to 'misunderstand' my name repeatedly and deny that the order in their hand belonged to me even though my orderwas the only one there! Perhaps there's a fee or loss of revenue they incur when orders come in online, but there's no reason topass the resentment on to me. 10/10 would recommend ... Terrible customer service. Apparently Subway no longer allows you to put your sauce on the side even though other locations... still allow it? Definitely bad attitudes with this location's employees. Read more
I have been going to this subway for several years. However the last several times I?ve been there I?ve been disappointed. The... issues I have are: They no longer have daily specials. They don?t have a list of what kind of breads they have, which ishelpful to me because I always had flatbread but I wanted a change. They haven?t had any sweet or unsweet Tea for severalyear. I asked for Parmesan cheese, and the lady just looked at me and said I think, they don?t have it. Her English was notvery good She was also kind of rude, and when I got up to pay for my order she went over there to the cashier and saidsomething in Spanish. See a comment about this Sam?s complaint below. This will be the last time that I go to this subway.Even if I?m in the neighborhood I?ll drive another couple of miles to go to another one. Read more
