Been ordering the same drink for over 5 years. Exactly how a Starbucks employee told me to order my drink back when I asked for... a suggested drink. Today I walk in and my cup is 2/3 filled and super dark when I put ?extra whole milk? I asked her if I couldget extra whole milk and she said she?s gonna give me just a ?tiny? amount?. Because then it will make my drink a latte (withattitude and she looked annoyed). I?ve been doing the same thing for years and this is the first time this happens to me. Shewas a older Hispanic lady. This is the first bad review I'm doing on starbucks. Considering everytime I go there it is great service and the coffee is made... just right. This time I ordered a Venti caramel mohca and the coffee tasted like they did not add any of the flavors I'm usedtoo. I was heading to Denton so I could not turn around to take the coffee back. Closed up at 7pm instead of 10pm as their in store hours state. Then when I knocked on the door they kept pretending I didn't... exist and that they couldn't hear me. Unsure how the store can just decide to lock up 3 full hours earlier than they aresupposed to. Honestly it isn't that big a deal if I was driving 5 minutes for a coffee, but I drove 20 minutes to meet with astudy group and all of us are disappointed. Read more
Love this location.. the inside has a great vibe .. love the decor.. the best part is the customer service.. I?ve been here a... few times and every time I walk in I?m greeted (no matter how busy it is) and can feel the fun atmosphere.. from the employees..they look like they want to be there.. which is hard to find these days.. The manager at this location is very friendly and always makes my visits wonderful. He never fails to turn my day around and is... attentive to the customers. This location is close to home so I come as often as I can. However, my drink is close to neverright. As I pay $6-$8 for my drink, I wish it could be right. I don?t order anything crazy or difficult. All I ask is to addcold foam and a splash of sweet cream to make it sweeter. Each time I don?t get the extras even though I paid for them. Read more
I have visited this location several times, and with each visitation, the service is slower than the time prior. I would not... recommend this location if you are in a rush. Even during non-peak hours , I have waited 25 - 30 minutes for a single drinkorder. Read more
