Just now-I accidentally pressed add strawberry instead of raspberries and when I asked if I could add them they remade my... smoothie no questions asked! This customer service is amazing! The Keto Champ Chocolate Smoothie is abominable. It?s basically a bunch of ice and some sort of chocolate protein powder. It was... gritty and chalky and I threw it away after just three or four sips. Read more

This location refused to serve us. Closed at 9 and they had their doors closed well before that time with two people working.... Nothing is more frustrating than these young kids wanting to cut their shift short and lose out on business. Read more

Great smoothies shop. The process of paying and to the time you received your drink it?s much faster than most places such as... Jamba Juice. Great customer service. Their medium 32oz is huge n reasonable price. I like the fact they asked you what cup do Iwant (plastic or foam) no extra charge. Foam is better to keep much cooler. I just had the worst experience ever. To start, I haven't been to Smoothie King in so long time because of making my own shakes... but am needing to restock on my veggies and fruits. So this morning, I thought it would be the perfect day to get one fromSmoothie King, it's Friday, why not?! David, who has now made himself known to me as the manager, took my order and made me feelbad for not knowing exactly why I wanted. I was trying to decided on what veggie I wanted to add to the smoothie. I choose toget a 32oz (promo buy one get one free another day) slim-n-trim vanilla (banana) add kale. He rudely interrupted me talking toanother person asking for them to help the guest behind me in an annoyed tone. I finished by asking to make sure there wasn'tany additional milk and he pointed to the menu stating there isn't any milk in there, as to make me feel stupid. A couple ofhours later I've barely been able to get the drink down because of it tasting weird and my stomach starts hurting really badmaking me feel sick and rushing to the restroom. I called the location, David answered and I explained the concern with hopes toexchange the drink. His response was No, especially if you just don't like it. I reiterated that I was sick after drinking itand he responded with there's nothing here that would get anyone sick, you're more than welcome to come in and buy another. Iasked if he was the manager, then for his first and last name. He only gave me his first and said I could call corporate for therest. Needless to say, that's what I plan to do. I'm very disappointed with the service and quality of the drink I receivedtoday. I don't plan to take advantage of my free drink either Read more

I wrote a review about the BeltLine location but the location I prefer the most is this one. The people there make the smoothie... just right. Midway location is the best. The drink was to perfection and customer service was great. But do not go to thatBeltline location. Read more
