The manager Cynthia couldn't care less about a customer issue. She sounds as if she doesn't even want to be there. If you have... any issues, trust me wait until another manager gets there preferably the next day because you won't get any type of qualityassistance or service. I was supposed to be credited x amount from the store but I was charged full price. When I called aboutit she argued with me about it stating that the discount was on which from my email it clearly wasn't. Not only that, the appwould tallow me to use my reward points BUT if I wanted to order without using my points the order processed just fine. I askedCynthia why I couldn't use my reward points and she said she didn't know anything about the app. That's all she said. She didn'toffer a phone number or any helpful information. Absolutely terrible experience. When I called customer service I was told theinformation would be forwarded to the higher ups but guess what? No pizza and no resolution. So now we're sitting here waitingon Papa Johns! I hope the attitude doesn't reflect in the preparation of the food because if so, somebody's going to end up sicktonite. Read more
I order online and I pick it up, so usually I tip a dollar. When I tip a dollar or don?t tip anything, it seems they put... something in the pizza that makes me spend days in the restroom with stomach problems, then I tip 3-5$ and everything isperfect. It has happened at least 4 times that I don?t tip cause I just don?t want to and the pizza send me right away to therestroom. Read more
We preordered out Pizza, the online ordering would not let me use my points. We then had to call to ask where my order was. ... She said he was new and should be there shortly. I always order carry out and pizza is always ready and correct. Cheese and topping quantity are pretty consistent.
It's a pizza hut theg do a $24 deal that comes with two pizzas, breadsticks, and wings. It is really hard to beat that. But uh... yeah this is a pizza hut alright. Read more
