Best, fastest, and cleanest mcdonalds in the area by far. Have never had a fry from here that wasn't piping hot!
It's a McDonald's. it used to be a bigger, actually kinda nice McDonalds years ago, but it has been remodeled into one of these... faceless, gray urban places that has all the appeal of a mausoleum. Food was fine, staff was very nice, coffee was awful. Read more
I usually don't write reviews for fast-food, but service was so bad I just had to. My husband and I had placed 2 separate orders... on the app for breakfast, we went through the drive thru and the manager told us it would take a while and if we could wait atcurbside. We waited at curbside for approx. 15mins before realizing nobody was coming + they cancelled our order. We wentthrough the drive thru again and the manager basically said we shouldn't have gone through the drive thru then and blamedeverything on us. We didn't have to wait at curbside, I did that so it would be easier on them. Anyways, at this point it'sabout 10:46am (breakfast ends at 10:30). We are frustrated because we didn't anticipating waiting at McDonald's for nothing forover 40 minutes. If the manager had told us in the beginning that they weren't gonna be able to make our order we would've justleft, I feel like they were messing with us for some reason. Anyways, the general manager came over and basically dismissedeverything I said. After explaining what had happened he said, "well its 10:46 and we don't have breakfast anymore so are youguys gonna want lunch or something?" like what? I know it's not breakfast anymore that's why we placed our order beforebreakfast was over. I'm sorry but management here is soo b00ty, I've worked in fast-food customer service before and have nevertreated anyone in this way. Lady at the window was rude and not helpful. She didn’t acknowledge me at the window, finally got her attention and I asked a... simple request to just add on two large waters and to pay at the window and she refused to add it on or take the order then wentto the next window and asked again. They had to grab a manager just so I could pay for two waters and made it seem way harderthan it was. Guy at the second also didn’t acknowledge me until handing me my food. The manager was the only communicative oneout of everybody. Very poor service and that’s while expecting the very least from a fast food place. Read more
Rare visit to McDonald's. Ordered 4 in cream cones. Was first told they were out of ice cream, then told they did. I paid for 4... cones. Went to pickup window. Watched an individual walk around inside with cones for several minutes. Finally brought 3 meltingcones to window. I asked for the fourth and was told there wasn't enough for 4. I said, "fine, give me the money back for thefourth". He said he could not give the money back but he could let me have an iced coffee. I responded that I didn't want icedcoffee, I wanted the money. He told me he couldn't do that. So, to preserve what was regaining of the 3 melting cones, I droveaway with 3 cones after having paid for 4. Read more
The manager was extremely nice. She complemented my black blue hair dyed job. She even told her workers that she would be... making my Carmel frappe and it was the best gave my first love (Starbucks) a run for their money.... I really wish I was goodwith names because this beautiful African American manager is certainly note worthy. Best McDonald's experience ever. Read more
I honestly went into this McDonald's expecting the unfortunate usual, an order wrong, lousy service, the shrill beep of ovens... being ignored. I found NONE of that here. I used the new auto teller and watched as one of the customer service reps realizedthey missed giving a customer his sauce. She RAN out to the parking lot to ensure he got them. I was impressed. The order wasdone perfectly, the reps were friendly and actually seemed to care about my experience! I was pleasantly surprised as this waseasily the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Read more
Whenever I have chicken sandwich from here my stomach bloats especially at night. If some items on menu are out then refunds are... not given. Mostly fish sandwich is out after 10. Read more
