The worst McDonald?s. They don?t answer when you come to the speaker even when there?s no cars in front of you and you?ve been... waiting patiently for 5-10 minutes. But don?t try to order at the window, the girl at the first window will refuse your serviceand tell you you have to pull back around to the speaker to place your order after they ignore you for another 5 minutes. Took 30 minutes to get an order inside. Only got my order when I told them to cancel and refund it. Then it was wrong. Took... another 5-10 to get it corrected. No ice in the dining room machines. Counter staff seemed very confused and unable to keep upwith orders. On a positive, the dining room was clean. Read more
While they messed up my order, it was promptly fixed. I had a mobile order and someone else had the same name, similar code, but... with different order. Couldn't have planned it to happen this way. Everything was wonderful as I still find it a little funny. Read more
I was running late this morning but I needed some coffee. I ordered on the mobile app and asked the drive thru would it be... faster if I came inside to get it. The guy that handed me my order was nasty and ruid. He didn't have nor did he have customer service. He handed me 1 one little... burger and water. I wanted the number 7, I did not get my money back. The place has a long line of flustered customers wanted toknow why there order was not like they thought it was going to be. The employees don't know what they are doing. I ordered from the drive-thru. It was all going well till I paid, and when I pulled up to the pick up window, they tell me to... pull up ahead and wait. I thought it might be taking some while to make it, so I pulled up ahead and waited for about 3 to 5minutes, only to have to circle back around and ask them in the window - What happened about my order? THEN THEY SAY THAT WHAT IORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE? the person at the window was very rude, he asked me to switch it with something else or order arefund, and when I said that I want a refund, he tells me again to pull up in the front because I was holding up the line?bullshit? he gave me a wrong customer service so he is supposed to prioritize me before any others so I do not see why did Ihave to wait on the side to get my refund? very bad customer service VERY DISAPPOINTED?
