This subway is clean and doesn't skimp on ingredients. Workers are engaged and work quickly. I wish this store would offer... veggie patties. Update: Still get good service and food. Often out of garden salsa chips. But I have no complaints and neitherdo any of my lunch buddies who come to this restaurant all the time. Read more

Actually suxxx going to this Subway. Have to order on a screen n when you Actually talk with someone to TRY n explain PLEASE... knock off as much Marinara from Meatballs and it comes covered Sauce. Not good. Probably won't go back to That Subway. Read more

Got treated pretty bad by the staff today and this isn't the first time this has happened in recent memory. I just want what I... ordered which should not be met with such criticism from the people responsible for that. I used to come to this location a lotand I find myself coming here less and less because of similar experiences, if this is to be considered the new normal then Iwill sate my hunger for sandwiches elsewhere. Also the touch screen is trash, freaks out half the time and I've noticed a prettysignificant increase in the food I'm given being vastly different than what I had ordered. Read more

Honestly not sure why this store can't seem to get things right. The staff at this location doesn't seem to put a premium on... accuracy and customer service. I've had so many problems here that today was my first day back in quite a few months, and itdidn't go well. They have forgotten things or made mistakes on my order before but today was something else, I placed my orderthrough the drive-through to get food for my wife and I and the screen was glitching out and not tracking input correctly.Didn't seem like a big deal and I double checked my order before submitting it to be sure it was correct. I pulled around to thewindow and my food was somehow ready which seemed pretty suspicious as the sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. They gave memy food after I paid and I noticed right away that there was one sandwich and one bowl which was not what I ordered. I asked theemployee why I had a bowl and she claimed it was what I ordered, it was not. I told her the screen acted weird but I mostcertainly did not select a bowl and the screen did not say I did and just wanted what I ordered. Her response was that I alreadypaid for it therefore they wouldn't do anything to fix it. The rinkle in that argument is that I don't get my food until I payfor it, so by her logic they are absolved of any mistakes they make and getting what you ordered is a total guessing game. Ididn't want to pay for an additional sandwich and there was no manager available so we took what we had and left. Got home tofind out that we did not get our cookies, the "protein bowl" we did not want was basically soup, and the sandwich we did get wasalmost entirely vegetables and sauce with hardly any steak and had clearly been microwaved. I worked at subway years ago andhave more or less been a customer there for years, this was not the level of quality I expected and have been returning for allthis time.
