Sandwiches were good. The customer service was ok. Terrible parking lot. I went inside to order so I didn't block anyone while... in line at the drive through. I got my sandwich and waited for 10 minutes to get out of the parking because of the drive throughline. They need a new location. Read more
JJs is no longer freaky fast, unless you're in driveup. Watched several car orders go out before mine. My 16in #4 with avocado... finally came across. It wasn't until we drove away that we noticed there was no avocado. Obviously the staff was stressed. There wasn't a single smile on anyone. I knew there was a reason I stopped going to Jimmy's. As their foods are delicious, the awaiting time is ridiculous. I ordered a delivery. My gps shows it?s a 7 minute drive from my... address to Jimmy John?s. I wanted to stay in home and thought Jimmy John?s will be fast. Oh boy, no... as in fact, I am writingthis review and still waiting for my delivery. Ordered 4:47PM, it?s 5:55PM now and there?s no update on the Tracker. 1 starsimply due to slowness of delivery. Perhaps, a bit extreme wait time. ???? Read more
My wife placed a large order last Monday for an event we had on Saturday. When I went to pickup the food the store was closed... and there was a note on the door stating that they were closed due to lack of staffing. We then called Jimmy Johns Owatonna whosaid they could fill the order, upon arrival the two people at the window were arguing about using up all the bread, so we weretold they didn?t have enough bread to fill our order. We are all experiencing staffing issues, this doesn?t mean you cannotcommunicate to your customers so they can prepare something else. Worst Service, go somewhere else. Read more
