I've experienced working short handed in fast food, so I get it... but this was ridiculous. After sitting near the menu for 22... minutes waiting for someone to take our order (along with several other cars waiting patiently) someone finally decided to poponto the screen and tell us that they are only taking orders through the drive through. Half of us left, half of us decided tocontinue with business. Ordered a premium hotdog - came out plain - ordered at the window again telling them I wanted a premium- PAID for another one, waited 5 minutes just for them to hand me a chili dog. I was on the road at this time so I wasn't headedback but I was not impressed to say the least. Read more
Would rate zero stars if I could. Would be curious to see what their drive through times are, they have to be nearly thirty... minutes per order and I am not exaggerating here. Every time I've come here they get my order wrong. Rude staff, don't read backorders or make sure they got it right, no thank you, have a good day/night - BASIC customer service. I work customer service soI understand being short staffed but at this point they should just shut down the location since they apparently can't staff itwell enough with decent people. Read more
Drive thru only, or app orders. No in store ordering or drive-in ordering. They can't process split payments, like part cash and... part credit card. They don't have a debit machine to hand out the drive thru window, I don't like handing my credit card tosomeone and lose sight of it. They could have easily double swiped my card. Read more
I usually have excellent service here but lately and especially today has been unacceptable. A couple of rude foreign girls... laughed at my mom and not in a friendly laugh because for some reason they couldn?t understand her.
