This place used to be good but is awful now. Stopped to grab dinner and there was only one person working up front (at least... they were nice). There was someone in back grilling?and going to the back to grab a cupcake?then grilling again. There seemed tobe at least another two to three employees doing nothing as well (well one guy was carrying cups to the back and the othereventually came up to wait on the other poor soul who chose to come here). The person who waited on me didn?t know what theburrito bowl was?I had to point that out. Didn?t put the toppings on my husbands quesadilla and also bonus they were out of thepaper to be able to grill the cheese to the top. They were also out of onions and I was told the fajita veggies would take toolong to make. For the kids meal the person went to grab a juice, the front cooler was out, they disappeared to the back forawhile?came back and said no juice how about a fountain pop, at this point I just wanted to leave. I almost walked out. I shouldhave. Also this is the dirtiest I?ve ever seen a restaurant. The walls are even dirty. My appetite is ruined and when I got homewith the food I just put it in the fridge, I don?t like to waste food but I have no want to eat this. There is no way this placewill stay open if this keeps up this way, sad because normally I like Qudoba. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Several topping items were not available including queso and fajita veggies, crew... became extremely rude when asked why they were unavailable. There were 5 staff members, 4 of them were walking around doingnothing, but made sure to become enraged and scream at me all at once when I simply questioned why there were basic toppingitems not available. This place should not be open, it is not a functional restaurant. Read more

Man, I should have read the reviews. This place should be closed until proper staff can be maintained and given proper training.... I experienced most of what the other reviewers have mentioned, minus the manager. He was pleasant, flustered, but attempting tobe nice amidst the overwhelming work load. The other line worker was apathetic and literally walked off midway through preparingthe salad I ordered. Asked me what kind of dressing I wanted, pulled out the bottle, and then left? Haha I mean I get staffingshortages and a busy workday but their strategy seems to be to kill their customer base so they can catch up with demand. Won?tbe back to this location. Read more

Been awhile since I?ve been to this location. It?s went downhill. 4 workers in the back. Not a single person in line. 4 minutes... until I can place an order. When paying, the employee put a cup on the counter and wrote ?tips? on it, placed it in front of meand said they aren?t expected but always appreciated. Very strange vibe. I was already planning on tipping, like I normally do,but this just felt weird. Message to management - your employee got their tip they wanted and you also permanently lost mybusiness. The place seemed unclean and the food didn?t taste great either. Won?t be back. Read more

Basically I had to restrain myself from telling everyone who came in the door to turn around while they still had a chance. I... have never been to such a chaotic place. Halfway through our order we were told the computer didn't work and we'd have to gosomewhere else. (Should have took their advice). Young employees were trying but looked unsure how to organize themselves.Manager took a personal call right in the middle of helping us and was gone several minutes. None of the straws, lids, forks,cups were stocked. The place didn't look as if it had been cleaned all day. I've worked in food service for lots of years. I cantell the difference between bad days and consistent issues. Hope things get worked out. Read more

Went for a late supper yesterday and server was incredibly rude, I asked what some of the condiments were, she answered a few... questions but looked irritated, then told me to read the menu options behind her on the board and just stood there, wouldn'tanswer another question. I regret not walking out. Food was ok, we seemed to get the ends of every item. In Spearfish SD, QDOBAis one of my favorite places, been there multiple times, have always experienced friendly great service and fresh items. Read more

I wish I could give negative stars! Went in to simply get a gift card, was told they can?t do it and I would need to wait 10 min... for the manager. Manager was sitting in their car eating.. when she came in I waited another 5 min to be helped then to be toldby the manager on duty very rudely while they were on the phone with their GM that they can?t do it?s not working when sheliterally wasn?t even trying just wanted to get rid of me instead of actually help me, help figure out the situation. All Iwanted was a gift card but left with out one and a bad taste in my mouth. All the employees clearly need to be trained better intheir programs and their manners. Wasted 25 minutes of my life and it was a major inconvenience. Way to lose business andmoney. Read more
