Went to order large mozzarella pretzels tilt I could have 8. My daughter wanted a large order or pepperoni pretzels, said they... were out. He came back and said he could make but it would be a wait. Waited 15-20 minutes only to find out he never put in anymozzarella pretzels! What a joke. The staff were all young and very un professional. Would never recommend. Read more

Best food with the best staff and its pretty fast when theres not alot of people

It took us 30 minutes to get our order. The staff seemed very lethargic and not well managed, and our delay was due to the... pretzel maker "not knowing" about our order until we asked.. They also charged $.50 for a glass of water. The pretzels werefreshly made but definitely not worth the wait. Read more

Food not bad but more like bread than pretzels. You can get different fun flavors. The shop does look dirty.

Ordered one order of pretzel bites and have literally been standing here for over 15 minutes as the employees make order after... order of pretzel bites, and put them in the CASE -- not giving us our order... We are one of only TWO customers waiting, so Iask about it... They say they have so many orders to make ahead of us, they can't give us any of the ones they just made --because they are for door-dash orders & orders ahead of us... Yet, there is no one there besides us... As if they couldn't giveus one of the ones already made & make another for the customer who isn't even THERE to pick it up yet!.. It was okay, I had a taste for pretzels and found this place while shopping at the mall. 1st issue but not Pretzel maker's... problem, the guest in line behind me was standing " with" me, not behind me.. After 1 time of moving up in line, I politelyasked " could you please give me some space".. she looked at the ground to see the signs of safe distance and responded "oh ya"what??!! Anyway, gentleman who took my order was a little rude with attitude and then was given my food in an open containereven though I had asked for the "box of pretzels" that was offered on the menu.. not sure if I'd go back or not. I have stopped at this location before and had very little problems before but today, my boyfriend and I wanted to make a quick... stop at the west acres mall location while we were there. After we ordered, we stood there for over a half an hour before wereceived our one large pretzel bite. The worst part wasn?t even the wait, it was the fact that there was obviously no one whoactually knew what was happening? there was one male employee who, out of all of the 3-4 workers I saw pop their heads in andout of the back, was at least trying to keep up with literally everything by himself. The staff needs more training forprioritizing and customer service in general. Read more
