By far the best Mexican I've had in years! Meat was tender and flavored perfectly, and came with some fantastic homemade... tortillas!! Had the flight of margaritas to sample and few and was not disappointed....my favorite was the tropical. Handsdown have to try if you come to Fargo! Read more
Excellent food. I don?t like Mexican food, but this place turned me around. Very tasty and fresh. The wait time is short, the... chips served at the table beforehand and fresh and crispy, not too salty. The dips with the chips are very good. I have neverseen the white sauce with spices before and I loved it. I had Pollo (forgot the last name) and it was so good I am worried totry anything else for wasting my choice. This the second time we've been here. The first time was right after they first opened. The staff were efficient and friendly,... with a very attentive waiter. I wanted to try a few things so I ordered a 3 enchilada plate, 1 each ground beef, chicken, androasted beef. Have you ever noticed that most Mexican restaurants when you order a combo plate with enchiladas and say aburrito, and both are chicken. The chicken has the same flavor, in both. When I received my plate I was pleasantly surprisedthat each meat had a totally different flavor, and excellent flavor I'll add. My wife had the Fajitas and seasoning on thosewas also wonderful. When we arrived at 2 pm, the place was packed. The appetizers were amazing, especially the table side guacamole that is freshly... prepared for you to enjoy. Wish I could've said the same about my entree. My chicken fajitas missed the mark on flavor andtexture as it was rather dry and flavorless. The service was slower than expected but, it could be that they were incrediblybusy. I'd say it's worth trying out at least once, especially the appetizers. 7/10. Read more
This just might be one of my favorite resturants now. It is a very busy place. We were there from 2 to 3pm on a Sunday. The... entire time it had a wait list. They had plenty of staff to keep everyone happy. They also turn over people fast so the waitlist turns over quickly. We have made a few trips to Mexico. This is the most authentic food. Read more
Today I visited Plaza Azteca for lunch. The salsa and other sauce?? Not sure exactly what it was, tasted amazing! I split a... taco salad with pulled beef with my girlfriend and it was plenty filling! The shell was crispy and light. The salad overall hadreally fresh ingredients and the pulled beef had a lot of really great flavor. It was nice that there was NOT a pool of greaseor juice from the meat as well.
