We ordered delivery for our first meal from this restaurant. The driver was professional and polite. When we opened up our... meals, we were very disappointed to find that the shrimp lo mein was very dry and flavorless. I called the restaurant to talk tothem about the dish and the employee that answered replied that they made it how they always do and how all the restaurants inthis area make theirs. When I responded that is not true, we usually order from another local and their shrimp lo-mein is notdry and uses the same noodles that I was accustomed to. Again, his response "this is how we do ours. anything else?" No concernto him if he lost us as customers or not. I will never support a business that does not value their customers and has anattitude like this employee had.
