This has been the WORST customer service experience I?ve ever dealt with! We got seated fine and everything and all the problems... came when it was time to get our food. There were 3 of us that ordered the same food and were really excited for it to come out.Turns out Sherri wrote two of the orders incorrectly. She stated multiple times that we ordered what she brought out. We triedexplaining to her that we didn?t and we specifically asked for the 6 oz renegade steak with 8ct shrimp. Sherri then walked awayand said that we didn?t order that. We had just assumed that she was gonna bring out our shrimp and call it a day, but NO. Shedidn?t discuss the situation until we asked her if we were going to get our meal. She said no because ?that wasn?t what weordered? and stated how she came back and asked us if we wanted the shrimp even though she never came back and acknowledged thesituation at hand. Customer service is horrible.... I came in to eat with my family of 5. The restaurant wasn't even busy or full. The lady who... greeted me made us wait 5 minutes to seat us when all the tables WERE EMPTY and it was not busy at all!! I expected more and forus to be seated immediately as we walked in!! I asked her if there was any chance we could get a booth and she said no! At thispoint I wanted to walk out! THE OTHER TABLES WERE COMPLETELY EMPTY MIND YOU!!! The food came out great and fast and thedrinks.... But this is why im giving it a 1 star rating my experience could of been better!!! Please work on training youremployees on how to seat customers immediately especially when it isn't busy!!!! This review could of been 5 stars!!! Read more
Every we drove to USA it's a must to go here. This time I ordered steak with corn cub and fries. The steak was so good. They do... have have a complimentary bread match with whipped butter and it was so delicious too. The price is very reasonable for thiskind of serving. Read more
The entrance to this restaurant is placed in a weird spot facing a very busy street. We were greeted (if you could call it that)... by a young girl that seemed to be put out to have to greet us and sit us. The place was not busy which was a nice change. Thefood and our waiter were good. So much food! Great steak and ribs? stuffed mushrooms were delicious. We were enjoying ourselvesuntil they seated two couples next to us with a screaming kid and I mean screaming. Why did you have to do that?! Ruined ourwhole experience! It was around 9 at night and this kid was hungry and tired. So called parents nowadays. Expensive but our foodand waiter was excellent. Didn?t have to ask for a refill on my drink which I like. He just brought it to us? give your waitperson (he or she) a good tip if they serve you well. Read more

8/2021 Absolutely the best steaks we have EVER eaten! They were amazing. Everything there was fantastic. Our server Karla K,... was amazing. My wife has a dietary restriction, and she made sure to handle her things special and took great care of us. Unfortunately we were traveling through, or we would make this our regular stop!
