The delivery person set the items on the concrete steps of my daughter's apartment. Had I not called her and asked, did you... just get a delivery, she wouldn't have known to check. Ordered delivery at about 12:30. Got a text at 12:47 my order had left the store. Waited an hour before we noticed a refund... email. One that seems to be refunding less than we paid for the order we didn't get. Guess now we gotta go find somewhere to getmilk at 2am Read more

Can't even try their cookies to give an honest review cuz my orders keep getting canceled. Reason they say is too close to close... time. We'll, I ordered at 1:45 am with a close time at 3 am. Got the verification text saying delivery would be between2:20-2:30. Nothing at 2:30 or 2:40. Tried calling store and got automated call center! What a joke. No customer service fordelivery orders. Disappointed that the Fargo location does not take cash. Is that a franchise wide decision? Also not terribly friendly. Cookies... are good but now that there is a gourmet cookie option on the south side of town we won't be back. Read more
When I ordered it said it left the bakery, but I never received any other updates, that would have just been nice. The only... reason I gave one star is 100% because the delivery person was terrible. He called me and said I didn't give them my apt numberwhen it was clearly on the receipt taped to the box. I apologized and said I thought I put it on the order, then when I went toask if he was at the door so I could meet him, he just hung up on me mid-sentence. If that wasn't enough, he got to my apartmentand just left the cookies sitting on the floor. I deliver pizza, so I understand COVID protocols; however, a knock on the dooror at the very least, notification that my cookies would be sitting on the floor for me. This was the first time orderingdelivery from there and I will never do it again. ESPECIALLY after paying over 40 bucks and getting sub-par service. The cookieswere delicious, but it's a shame that getting hung up on is what I have taken away from this and what will prevent me fromordering there again. Read more
Cookies were fairly tasty but probably not worth $20 for a dozen. Service was mid/mediocre. They misheard our order and gave... us the wrong cookies. They refused to rectify the mistake because the cookies were already in the box. I figured they wouldjust give us the two extra for free, but I guess not. The fact that we didn?t get the right cookies only hurt our insomnia, nothelp it. The cookies stick to jeans and easily stain. Birthday cake cookie didn?t live up to expectations. Also, we got a 14 ozcarton of milk for about as much as a gallon at a grocery store. Read more
