Paid $15 for the ?best? carwash. After it was completed, I noticed much of the ice was still on my vehicle. I went inside and... asked the store clerk if I could go through again. He replied ?absolutely no refunds?. Sounds like something a moronic managerwould tell his employees to say. I didn?t argue with him and just left. If you have a car wash that doesn?t work in the cold,do not have it open. Do not charge people when money, when clearly the store management knows it doesn?t or won?t work, duringcertain temperatures, then not reimburse them when the carwash doesn?t work. Last time I checked, if you buy something thatdoesn?t work you should be able to return it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Shop elsewhere!!!
