My favourite place to eat in the food court. The staff are always cheerful and will explain what some items are if you're... unsure. The food always tastes as fresh as it can be in the Midwest and Mall Food Court fare. Read more

Surprised to find a ramen and poke place in a mall food court. I had the rainbow bowl with brown rice and my daughter had... chicken ramen. Mine was out pretty quick but was a little wait on the ramen. Food was really good! Definitely will be back ???????? Read more

Omg I LOVE this place! I was recently really sick and I?m pretty sure their miso soup got me through it. Way better than your... average chicken broth, who knew soybeans were so tasty! The ramen is also stellar, my husband and I are still working our waythrough all the flavors, but loving the journey! Read more

Best poke in Fargo. Only place I've found to offer all the toppings I like. Sweet corn, pineapple, and mango. And the tuna is... fresh and delicious. The portion size is enough to get full on. It's about time someone does a Poke Bowl correctly. Thank you. Read more

This is a mall food court restaurant that serves a few appetizers and some make your own bowls either rice or soup. This was my... second visit. I was still a bit unfamiliar with food there and menu. I had a dish with brown rice shrimp and had many add inslike pineapple and cilantro and ginger and quite a few sauces to choose from. For me it was just too many choices. I love verymuch though their pork dumpling pot stickers which are on appetizer menu. Those are my favorite thing I have ordered at thisplace. I didn't get a tray. I had to awkwardly carry my food to a table. I got chop sticks and a spoon. The Dr. Pepper waslarge but no refills they fill your drink for you. I thought the styrofoam packaging wasteful. I liked the fresh and healthytaste of the food and it was friendly service just hard to understand server and menu. I would eat there again although I findthe prices high. It's a unique dining option at mall and really I love those pork pot stickers a favorite for sure. Read more

I absolutely love Ginza! I have ordered the "Create Your Own Favorite Bowl (3 Scoops Protein)" twice now. On Tuesday, December... 7, 2021 my bowl consisted of Sushi rice, Furikake (Rice Seasoning), Masago, Spicy crab, Mango, Mixed greens, Shrimp (cooked),Eel (cooked), Calamari (cooked), Mango sauce, Cilantro, Sesame seeds, & Tempura flakes. I had a Japanese Soda Ramune for thefirst time to drink. I loved it! On Friday, December 10, 2021 my bowl consisted of White rice, Furikake, Masago, Spicy crab,Mixed greens, Shrimp, Eel, Calamari, Japanese citrus, Ponzu sauce, Cilantro, & Sesame seeds. And of course a Japanese soda. Thisis an amazing meal. I almost couldn't finish it! I didn't even know there were places that served sushi and the extras in abowl. It's a great idea, it's healthy, filling, and it only costed me $19.58! Read more
