I rode the city bus from Moorheaf way over to West Fargo's Firehouse Subs but could not order or use my points. JOHN the manager... did not show up & left two young & inexperienced workers to fend for themselves. JOHN needs to be FIRED. These young workerscould not help me order on line which is apparently the only way I could get a sandwich. I felt sorry for them both. They wereapolegetic and very polite. I have loved this place since they first opened. Kind of a replacement for Quiznos for me in the Fargo area. The subs are... fantastic, service isn't always the best or the employee is working there. And how can you not like that they help local anational first responders. Read more

Stopped by Firehouse Subs @ 8:20pm on Thursday 10/6/2022 to order a sub and was told that they were only doing online orders.... And ...well I sat there for about 10 min and I didnt see them make a single order. And also one of the employees was running inand out of the store jumping into a buddies car. God only knows what they were doing. Anyways long story short they had plentyof time to take and make my order before closing time at 9:00 pm. Very Disappointed!!!! Read more
My sandwich was very cold. Supposed to be a hot sandwich. I get it everytime. They also forgot the chips again. I called and... they said it is the delivery drivers fault about the chips. I call BS. Figure something else out then. Read more
First and last time I will come here. I walked in around 4:30 and nobody was behind the counter. I browsed the menu and finally... two high school student girls came out. Was not greeted, not asked what I would like, I was just glared at and they stared outthe windows?while I was in front of the register by the way. I asked if they were waiting for someone since they refused toacknowledge me and store was completely empty. I was the only customer. The girl barely replied and didn?t ask me what Iwould?ve liked so I just ordered. The wait was longer than expected for simple meatball subs. The girls behind the counterseemed like they would rather have been gossiping than to do their jobs. $15 would?ve been better spent elsewhere it seems. I've come here for years now and have always loved your subs. Today I brought in some new customers. We ordered 3 large turkey... bacon ranch and one small hook and ladder. The bread was dry and old and the meat was clumped into the center of the sandwich.My pickle was old and soggy. I was deeply embarrassed bringing in our oldest friends and having such an experience. The guy thathanded me my to go bag practically threw it at me. I tried to call and let the manager know many times but it rang and rang onlyto be picked up and hung up again.
