My girlfriend and I gave them a try and thought it was fantastic and the service was excellent

Went to eat here this evening with the kids figured I couldn?t go wrong with it. I had Mac with some pulled pork and a bunch of... other meats on it kids got chicken Phillys. Spent 40 bucks. Highly disappointed Philly was so dry barley any meat all u tastedwas the bread Mac was not for me at all. Tried Mac Daddys on Saturday at Food Truck Festival. Had the Frank's and Mac. Can't say I was impressed. The Mac was dry and I... was expecting hot dogs (cut up) as the menu stated and it was little sausage links, which actually was ok just not expected. Ialso did not get the shredded cheese on the top. Food was mediocre, lacked some real flavor. The service is what will keep me away though. Second time here and it was the same... both times...staff acts like I'm bothering them by ordering. Don't get a thank you even with a generous tip. Not only did thegal taking my order never smile once...she rolled her eyes when I said i had a few things to order. Great looking place, very cool staff. Great food, although the chicken thing on the buffalo Mac was way over cooked.

It isn?t bad at all but the location ( parking is atrocious) and the pretty average food doesn?t bode well for long term... success. Great restaurants pick their niche and nail it. Two concepts in 1 is usually a red flag. The best part of my combo wasthe fries. The bacon was overwhelming on the fargo fillie and a combo doesnt include a drink. For a place that relies heavily oncollege student foot traffic to survive they have priced themselves out of that demographic. 11 bucks for a small combo thatdoesn?t include a drink so really almost 14 bucks just starting. Why even bother having a kids menu when bringing a family therewould be just as much as a sitdown full menu restaurant? I really want to support small local places but I shake my headsometimes at the marketing and business decisions. Just another example is having really good french fries but no option to havefries covered with philly toppings or having cheese fries at all. Will you get full here? Yep. Is it easy and worth coming backto often? Not really. Also, if you order delivery they let the food just die on a cart until it gets picked up. Read more
