The Narmer used to be my favorite sandwich, but the Avocado spread, seems to lack taste. The sandwiches in my mind used to be so... much more fresh. Now it just seems to be hit and miss. I don't write this lightly, I hope this place really goes back to the wayit was about ten years ago. Read more

I rarely ever leave reviews but that was the most awkward experience at any restaurant. The 2 people who were working there... acted highly annoyed I walked in and the way they were talking and acting I believe 100% they were under the influence. Talkingso slowly I couldn't understand them and moving so slow it looked like they were in slow motion and they were clearly annoyedwhen i asked any questions about the menu. Very uncomfortable and disappointed. If I was going to eat there I sure wasn't afterinteracting with them. EDIT: I got home and realized my sandwhich had mayo on it which I clarified with them twice that I didn'twant. When I drove back they didn't apologize or anything but at least they did remake my sandwhich properly. Will not be goingback to this location ever again. Read more
Admittedly, I have not been here in over one year. The menu items have changed. I was not able to order my favorite sub, but the... worker was very professional, answered all my questions and we even had a connection of previous orders. Getting ready to leave town so we ordered a couple of sandwiches while we loaded up. We called 15 minutes after the time they... said it should arrive. Was told it was out for delivery and that the time posted was just a suggested time, that it reallydidn't mean anything. After an hour, we called to cancel the order. The person on the phone was snippy, never apologized orgave a reason as to why we never received our order. I get that things can go wrong, but the attitude was truly the last straw. As the customer, I did nothing wrong and did not deserve to be treated as if I had. We have ordered here before and did nothave a problem but this will the last time. There are way too many places that will take my money and treat me like theyappreciate it, not that I somehow interrupted their day. They couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Read more
Eaten here many times since it opened. Never had a bad experience. Definitely something to try if you're in the mood for soup... and sandwich. The best of the chain type sandwich places. My opinion, obviously. Read more
