I have given this store several opportunities to get it right. I think it is a mutual agreement that we will no longer be doing... business together. My order was wrong again. They corrected it, but it was late from the time they said it would show up. Thegentlemen bringing the corrected item, thought it important to tell me what I should expect when ordering instead of correctingtheir website or just simply apologizing. Place was honestly pretty gross.. store looked like everything had a thin layer of grease on it and like it hadn't been swept in... weeks and once I saw the prices?? Today I ordered a salad for the first time. I was excited, but when my salad arrived, I was wondering where the rest of it was.... The salad was extremely disappointing. The first time I came here, they were out of a lot of food because there was a downtown event. After management found out, they... contacted me to make it right. My next experience was significantly better. I was able to try something new here. Erbert andGerbert's has more unique sandwiches than I usually see elsewhere. The #6 had a lot of different flavors. If you go to Subway,you might not know what's going to be good with your sandwich. E&G does a good job of having variety without having to makedecisions of what's going on your sandwich. It's easy to try something new. My biggest complaint is that their sandwiches aren'tas filling as other places, so you should probably opt for a bowl of soup as well. I miss pizza ranch! We moved away from any place that had them, so every chance we can we visit while traveling. Their crusts... and variety of flavors are fantastic. Don't see a pizza you like? Make a request-- you'll get first dibs and the rest goes outon the buffet! A good salad bar (they had a great spinach strawberry salad this visit) and chicken and other sides. I feel like the food was lacking a bit of meat. I ordered the Mac n cheese brisket sub and it barely had any meat. Wife got... pulled pork sub with onion crisps and pickles, a bit more meat for that one. Got the broccoli and cheese which was delicious andthe beer cheese soup was ok. Over all the food was amazing, definitely gonna go there over subway, Jersey Mike's or JimmyJohn's. Waaay more flavored packed in to each bite. Darn speedy too I might add! Read more
