This location (45th st and 40th Ave s Fargo) has completely gone downhill. The inside is dingy, dirty and does not appear to be... up kept. Banged up walls, missing nozzles on the fountain dispenser and dirty everything. Waited for a half hour before Ifinally asked for my money back and left. There were 6 employees and only 2 of them were actually working. The rest were goofingoff and not paying attention to customers. Drive through line was full and lobby as well. Very poor experience and sad becausethis used to be a nice place to go. Hope they can turn it around. UPDATE: thought I would give it another shot. Wrong. Read more
Don't go to the drive thru. 1 car = 10 min wait time. Regardless of order. You can do the math. Just go to the Hornbachers... across the parking lot and get some Ben and Jerry's or maybe an apple you prolly need to eat more fruit anyways. Read more
They messed up literally every part of our order from over charging us. Giving us different drinks from what we ordered and... giving us different size meals. On top of that the cashier was a slow crackhead who was not fit to take orders or handle food. Read more

Where do I start, first sat in line for 10-15 minutes. Which is whatever, then ordered 2 meals. Get to the window. Only received... the one meal. Had to wait on the 2nd meal. When I finally got it after about 5 minutes. It was thrown together, to the pointthat I opened the wrapping and it turned into a hamburger mess in my lap. Which was a treat, considering I was late for myappointment. Due to the 20 minute wait. So I walked in to my appointment. Looking like I rubbed BBQ sauce on my gut and hadn'twashed my shirt. Then the fry's, are so salty I could only eat about 3 before it tasted like I had worked a 12 hour shift in thesalt mine. But luckily I could wash down the salty fries with a large drink... Just kidding!!! Didn't realize tell I pulled outof the driveway that they forgot to hand me my drink. I was so irritated I didnt bother to turn around. LESS THAN 1 STAR! Worst Dairy Queen in the area. The place is always dirty and the service is horrible. Last time we were... there the employees were dropping the F word without any concern. Update, 1-6-19. Nothing has improved. Still gross, slow,and very unfriendly staff. I only went back because my kid and his friend begged me to take them so they could spend Christmasgift cards. The service counter was left unattended for over 5 minutes while we were waiting for our food. At least we hadalready ordered, the people waiting to order were just stuck and frustrated! Ordered our 2 bizzards at 2:52 and got them at3:10! Read more
Been here many times simply because it's close to home and school. Everytime I hope it gets better. Always dirty tables and... garbage on the floor. This particular visit the gentleman behind the till was at least friendly because they is not always thecase. Read more
