The overall store is fine, cashiers are great. However the pizza makers are incredibly slow. The first time I ordered online, I... got there and there were no pizzas ready. The online order was still on the printer. She apologized and made the pizzas. Iwaited 40 minutes and they were not busy. Today I ordered when I got there, she said it will be 18 minutes. I was there 50minutes!! I should have left, but she was in the middle of making them. What was really frustrating is customers after me thatordered received their pizza first. I love Casey?s pizza, but I won?t come back to this store anymore to get them. Read more
We order pizza from them frequently. If you order basic pizzas the risks of them messing it up are low. I ordered the BBQ... brisket pizza this evening and it had Zero BBQ sauce on it. Just had normal pizza sauce and very little ranch on top. Read more
Appalled by the staff at this store. Their discussions with each other were highly inappropriate and racist. They had someone... asking for signatures for recreational marijuana by the front, I declined to sign and staff returned with a threatening tonetelling me "he asked you a question". Never have I felt threatened to shop in a gas station. Absolutely sickened by theirbehavior. Read more
Ordered extra pepperoni, did not receive. Ordered 10 oz bag of donuts, received two 3 oz ones. Disappointed.
Everytime i go there to place an order for a pizza the staff ignores me .me and another customer had to walk away bc all 3... employees refused to acknowledge us .i went to pizza hut ,they were happy to take my order ! I wont be back to this store . Read more
