They ignore your doordash order, slow or busy, to the last possible moment. Wait can be up to 15+ minutes no matter how small... the order. 0ther fast foods restaurants by far much better. Read more

Slowest Dunkin? on the cape by far. Takes 40 min to get 2 coffees. And then after waiting all that time the order is in correct... almost every time. How hard is it to make a coffee? Read more
Stopped here for a quick donut and iced coffee. Chose to walk into the store so that I could view the donuts available. Staff... were busy with the drive through line and there seemed to be a mix up with their process as we were left waiting 20mins for aniced coffee as our order on the electronic system was deleted. This is I can forgive as I knew there were new staff membersbeing trained. However, my low rating is for the (presumed, as not wearing uniform or name badge) manager who was witnessedshouting at staff and referring to individual new employees as ?that one? and ?that one? whilst pointing at them and commentingon their lack of ability in a derogatory manner. This is no way for a manager to treat staff (new or old). The staff were doingtheir best during a busy time !! The donuts and coffee were (eventually) very good. Read more
My husband and I went to this store today and I left saying I have NEVER experienced such nice, polite, and fun staff before in... ANY Dunkin Donuts. Way to go in making your customers happy and having a great positive attitude of customer service! THANKYOU!! Read more
It seemed to us that a few people called in sick... Service was competent but extremely slow. There were only 2 groups of... people in line before us when we walked in and it still took over 10 minutes to take our order. The cashier taking our order didnot apologize for the wait or offer a reason for the wait. The staff was competent. Our order was made correctly. I would notrecommend this place to a friend neither would I warn them to avoid this place. Read more
If I could leave negative stars, I would. The worst dunking donuts on Cape Cod. 25 minute wait in drive-thru, can't even get a 1... coffee order right. Zero management present, and all employees on phones. Read more
