I believe they make homemade Caesar dressing In house. They also have great boardwalkfries, breakfast sandwiches, chicken salad, broccoli salad, shrimp salad and homemade black bottoms! This place has the best chicken pot pies I?ve ever tasted. Perfect crust, and the chicken is pulled and so tender. Whoever made... them should share the recipe online or something. Very unique, it would be a big hit. Definitely stopping here again when I?m inthe area. Read more
Awesome Deli. The selections for lunch or dinner is just terrific. The shrimp salad caught my eye. Nice sized shrimp ready to... put on your choice of roll or bread. Then, I saw the Maryland crab meat salad. Jeez, what a dilemma. Which should I pick?! Wentwith the crab. Will get the shrimp on my next visit. My husband and I came here today and got basically one of everything. He got an Italian sub, I got an Italian wrap and it was a... stone cold Italian sub/wrap. Absolutely phenomenal. We also got cheesecake which was wonderful, I'm a baker myself and thatcheesecake was the perfect consistency! Definitely 100% would recommend! Read more
I am not one for posting reviews but I do have to say something after my visit there yesterday. First and foremost, I have been... going to Savory for the past 5 years, stopping in a would say once a week for a breakfast sandwich or convenience item. Food isgreat. Yesterday however upon check out I noticed a new debit/credit card system, when I simply mentioned it, I was told it isnew credit card system for all cards debit or credit which allows Savory to impose a 4% processing fee. Now I am not new tocredit card fees as I work for a business and see the amount of money we pay in fees to process, however we would NEVER passthat fee on the customer!! I have to say that I will only be going to Savory if I have cash, which isn't often. Read more
Passed by this place many times. Have recently been there twice for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good... and the staff were pleasant. They enforce the mask policy. But, oddly there was on staff member fixing/cooking food wearing whatlooked like a neck gator, and the nose of it looked wet like from breathing. This staff member kept pulling it down with agloved hand when cooking at the stove, and pulling it up with the same gloved hand to cover the nose when they moved away fromthe stove. Gloves touching food should not touch anything else and if they do, they must be changed before touching food again.The CDC recommends wearing a mask while fixing food for others. Neck gators and bandanas are the least effective face masks.Basically like wearing nothing. I understand the general public is not used to breathing in masks or wearing gloves. But bothare for the protection of others when preparing food. So I hesitate to visit the deli again, especially now with the uptake inCovid. 3 stars for food, would be higher if proper mask & glove usage. Read more

Great food, I stop here every time I get the chance. I would not order over the phone though. I have done so about a dozen times... and it?s almost never right. Easy orders too, no hots = extra hots, scrapple = sausage etc. gets really annoying after 3 in arow. Read more
