Ordered my pizza by phone so I can pick it up at the store. When I get there a woman tells me they have no order and no pizza... ready for me. She handled me poorly. Didn't offer to make me a new pizza at all. I stormed out with no pizza. That was the lasttime I will ever order from Vocellis! Read more
The worst customer experience I?ve ever had when it comes to ANYTHING. I called to politely check to see how far away my order... was and an Asian man yelled at me for no reason at all and he was uncapble of giving a delivery status?.. like actually thisexperience was insanely crazy?.. The guy who runs this place doesn't deserve to own a restaurant with the way he treats people. He and his coworker literally... came from around the counter to approach me and SHOUT at me because I read out loud the names of the uber orders i was there topick up. Even the look on the co-worker's faces let me know they were scared of this guy and didn't know what he was about todo. Just an awful place to go for a quality experience. -4/10 The manager is unstable imo and needs mental help because toomany comments here are having similar negative experiences. Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service on earth.. an older Asian guy barks at customers and these delivery services if you speak... to him.. he doesn't want you on your cell phone while waiting for your food.. he tries to take it from you.. corporate knowsof his tactics and put up with him because he works late.. buyer beware.. during the beginning of the pandemic, these deliveryservices helped keep these businesses afloat.. smh Read more
What a very exciting night this was. I order pizza with no cheese and meat because of my religious beliefs. They totally mess... up. And then after calling just to let them know they messed up and its not cool, i guess manager yelled at me and saying how hedoesn't care about what I have to say! Read more
