Best experience I?ve had at the Honey Baked Ham Store. All of the associates were extremely helpful and courteous. They went... out of their way on two occasions to research my requests. Great place to go for good ham and good service. Read more

Thank you for ruining our Thanksgiving!! You all have one job to do and you failed!!! Holidays are the only reason you exist as... a store!! Came to your store Wednesday and your employee forgot our sides and we didn?t have enough food. This may be the lastthanksgiving with my 90 year old Mom. We live in DC so it?s not around the corner to come back to your store and our grocerystore was sold out of items. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. The worker never said a word to us and didn?t check the order!!! Read more

Great service. Store was clean and the cashier was quickly able to find our prepaid order and give it to us. Store was empty and... had COVID protocols in place which made it feel very safe. My only issue was upon opening the turkey it looked like a very smallportion. I weighed it and was correct, even with the plate and wrap it was only 7oz, quite a bit less than the package itselfstated. The ham was the correct amount (we got both). I?m not sure what happened here. I might be more concerned if I wereordering a larger ham that I wasn?t getting what I paid for, but obviously with this small amount I?m not too concerned. Theturkey, ham, Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and rolls were all delicious. At 24.99 it was an affordable family meal thateveryone enjoyed. I would definitely return. Read more

My family has been getting Christmas hams here for about 5 years now, ever since they moved to McLean, VA. There will always be... a line during busy seasons, you definitely want to have your order reserved online beforehand. The staff is very friendly andalways does their best to move the line quickly, working in pairs during peak hours - one employee to take your order and grabyour ham, another at the register processing payment of the customer in front of you. Best Bait and Switch I?ve ever seen. TL;DR: DO NOT TRUST THE ONLINE RESERVATION FOR HONEYBAKED STORE #8503. They will cheat... you, even if you call. I was excited about having a Honeybaked ham for Thanksgiving, especially this year- the first turkey daywithout my Uncle, who looked forward to it every Thanksgiving and passed in September. So, thinking ahead to make sure I gotwhat I needed, I reserved a quarter ham via their website on Sunday. I didn?t get an e-mail in response, so I called the storeon Tuesday night to confirm that my order had been received. The woman that answered the phone immediately began trying toup-sell me, asking about how many people we had, what sides we?d be having, all of what you?d expect from a box store at theholidays- okay, no harm, no foul there, but I was a bit pressed for time, so I finally said ?Ma?am, I?m just trying to make sureI?m on the list for my quarter ham tomorrow.? I was told that the list printed every morning, and if I?d registered online, shewas sure my name would be on it and everything would be fine, but I really ought to think about increasing my order if therewere more than a couple of adults, because that quarter ham didn?t feed but two people. I thanked her for her time and hungup. Wednesday arrived, and I left work early to make sure I got there in time. The place was already packed with a line out thedoor, but I told myself that I?d reserved ahead and called, and that doing my part would pay off. As I got closer to the door,I noticed armed security moving back and forth between the counter and the door. That struck me as really odd, given that itwas 1145AM on a Wednesday in Falls Church, but you never could be too cautious. As I progressed through the line, I noticedthat the guard was spending more and more time up front, and less controlling the crowd. Strange, but again, can?t be toocareful, and I called ahead, so it was fine, right? I got to the counter, said ?Hello, I?m Kirk, and I reg Read more
