While the food is good here, the customer service is bad. The Latino women helpers are good, but the Vietnamese women have... an awful attitude. I'm paying for the food.... not paying for bad attitude. Vietnamese Lady tried to help me, but was on thephone and then kept saying she'd be back to help me. Meanwhile 4 people behind me are being helped and out- processed whileI'm still standing there after over 5 minutes. I seek a different helper. This must have upset the original lady for somereason.....I asked the original lady for ONE serving of the tofu. She prepped 3 and then accused me of lying when I told thecashier I only ordered 1. I told her that maybe if she paid more undivided attention to the customer in front of her, thenshe wouldn't have messed up the order. She then starts screaming at me.... the owner lady also starts mouthing off defendingher worker. Talk about TERRIBLE customer service. Like a few other reviews on here day, we're not begging for free food toget your bad attitude. Paying REPEAT customer here over the years and this is the customer service I get when you're have abad day?? Also, last few times, ginger tofu has been gritty texture.... should be super smooth like always. I give them thebenefit of doubt. And the fried tofu a few times is over fried and too dry. It's only happened a few times, but when you'repaying $50 for your order, you don't want messed up food from a place that specializes in this type of food. Read more

The line is usually long at this place, and for good reason. We usually get some rolls and lemongrass tofu. They?re delicious.

Love this place but che dessert should be eaten with spoons not with boba straws. Some of the fillings were too big to be... slurped up that I had to rip the top seal open (which got messy quick). Instead of sealing the lid shut like with boba tea,please consider using dome lids. Read more

We stopped by Thanh Son for some quick bites and dessert. Thanh Son is located within Eden Center. This place was like a dream... for che. They have a variety of che to choose from, as well as xoi and fried cha and tofu. They have a large list for beveragesas well. Orders of over $30 to $40 gets you a bottle of freshly made pandan soymilk. The process is simple. You go through theline and is assigned one of the workers, which will handle your entire order. Tell them what you'd like and what size andthey'll get it packed and ready for you at the register. If you're missing something, the person at the register can help withthe remaining items.
