Please don?t buy birthday cake from this bakery . I paid $75 for a 12? birthday cake which I saw on their website. For my... surprise what they gave me is a totally different cake that is not on par with low quality grocery store cakes . On top of thatwhen we cut the cake as you can see it in the picture the cake is totally soaked with water which shows that it was in thefreezer for several days . I feel like I was totally ripped off and please learn from my experience and avoid this place, atleast don?t consider them for your important ceremony . Read more

I have ordered regular size cappuccino and paid around $4.00 and when I received the cappuccino its portion was about 3-4 ounce... and it only filled less than half of the small to go cup it came with. After looking at it I thought that was probably bymistake and asked some of the workers why it was so small and all the answer I got was ?It comes like that?. I felt like thatwas rip off and waste of my money and most of all the workers were not helpful at all. Read more

The manager is so rude! I was at this bakery last night around 9pm. Eventhough the business hours is till 10pm, he asked me to... leave as it was slow. The Cashier is so nice and so courteous. Please counsel as appropriate for him about what business hoursmean and I hope he will not repeat this mistakes again. If he closes early I am also worried about those crews working under himwill not get paid as appropriate eventhough they come from home based on their schedule and asked to leave early whenever it isslow. If this is the situation, I will take it to the next level. Read more
I went this place July 10 around 8 o?clock and I ordered plain coffee and cappuccino, fist they make coffee with milk and for my... friend they gave wrong order m, I had to wait 30 min to get Plain coffee, I kept asking the order one of the lady dark skintreated me like dog and refused me to get my order she said? you can take your money I am busy? she didn?t even say sorry. Iwent this place I think they don?t have good management I saw how they treat the customers. They don?t have enough cake theyalways short, and they are pricey$$ please don?t go this place. Read more
