I was at this store at 7pm they close at 8pm the sign clearly says it the man working there a Hispanic male who is middle aged... yelled out he will close when he wants to almost trying pick a fight with me...even when taking my order he kept saying "whatwhat what else" I felt rushed and insulted even though I tipped me ..man I hope he was just having a bad day if not managementor corporate should step in they lost me as a customer Read more

I asked for #4 on Italian herbs and cheese, every went smoothly until she started put everything on my sub without asking do I... want onion or tomato. I asked for green pepper she responded green pepper doesn?t come with it! She quickly wrapped my subwithout ask me for any sauces. When I told her I want ranch she starts showing attitude! Absolutely and unequivocally RACIST!!! Where do I start? Literally, the male staff person (there was one male and one female)... was the most blatantly racist individual that I?ve encountered in quite some time. For starters, I didn?t receive a receipt. Itwas like participating in brain surgery to receive a receipt. I asked about cookies and was initially told that ?Subway stoppedselling cookies.? Then as I continued to question the staff about the cookies I was told that ?this location doesn?t bakecookies on Saturdays and Sundays.? I sit and have lunch with my family. We watched customers receive ?preferential treatment.?After eating I ask for the key to the restroom so that I could wash my toddler?s hands and I was denied access to the restroom.When I asked for an explanation why we were not permitted to use the restroom, specifically when a sign is posted that therestroom is only for paying customers, all we receive was ?it?s not my problem? for an answer. We were paying customers and werestill denied access to the restroom. This is when I asked for the employee?s name because I?m definitely contacting thecorporate office. This employee refused to provide me with any information. I?ll follow up with a formal complaint and use theinformation that?s listed on my receipt to ascertain who this individual is. I absolutely do not recommend this place at all! The guy had such an awful attitude. I ordered through the subway app and picked... curbside pickup. When I called to let them know I?m outside, the guy told me that it?s only one sub so I need to come inside. Iexplained that I couldn?t leave my dog in the car (separation anxiety issues). He proceeds to hang up the phone, comes outsideand began aggressively talking me down about not coming inside. I politely explained again to which he word to word responded, ?Not my problem. I have a dog too, you open the window and let air inside?. Thanks for the sub with a side of chips, drink,attitude, aggression, talking over me, and making me sound stupid. Read more

I came in in the nick of time because they were preparing t close the store for the evening. I came here because I had been... suffering from food deprivation for most of the day, and for the last several hours, I had been thinking about a meatballmarinara sub from this place. There was only one other customer in the restaurant when I arrived so ordering was fast and easy.I ordered the foot long meatball marinara sub with provalone cheese, black olives, and those tasty red bell peppers. Salt andoeppere was added per the suggestion of the lady working behind the counter. I appreciated the way that she evenly added thetoppings across the entire foot long sandwich, not just like them in the middle which has happened so many other times. The guy has a very bad attitude. Always impatient, snappy and acted like customer was at fault. He should not work at a place... where he needs to communicate with people. That store is very close to my house therefore I went there 3 or 4 times. Every timehe served me, he always gave me nasty attitude. Women are better at customer service, but need to improve the language skills.Owner, if you are reading this post, please take care of the guy who is not professional and lack of customer service skills.
