Absolutely and unequivocally RACIST!!! Where do I start? Literally, the male staff person (there was one male and one female)... was the most blatantly racist individual that I?ve encountered in quite some time. For starters, I didn?t receive a receipt. Itwas like participating in brain surgery to receive a receipt. I asked about cookies and was initially told that ?Subway stoppedselling cookies.? Then as I continued to question the staff about the cookies I was told that ?this location doesn?t bakecookies on Saturdays and Sundays.? I sit and have lunch with my family. We watched customers receive ?preferential treatment.?After eating I ask for the key to the restroom so that I could wash my toddler?s hands and I was denied access to the restroom.When I asked for an explanation why we were not permitted to use the restroom, specifically when a sign is posted that therestroom is only for paying customers, all we receive was ?it?s not my problem? for an answer. We were paying customers and werestill denied access to the restroom. This is when I asked for the employee?s name because I?m definitely contacting thecorporate office. This employee refused to provide me with any information. I?ll follow up with a formal complaint and use theinformation that?s listed on my receipt to ascertain who this individual is.
