Subway mailed a bunch of coupons to nearby residents, so I went in to redeem one. It was just a few dollars off a Footlong. I... tried using it after ordering a melt, but I was told that the offer was only valid for very specific, basic sandwiches. I absolutely love this Subway location. Ive ordered catering through this location about 5 times now and each time my coworker... and I enjoyed it. They catered for my unit twice during the pandemic and the nurses and staff were very appreciative. Themanagers and staff are always pleasing to work with. Food is always of the best quality. Two times I have needed an exceptional courtesy and employees here have done so without hesitation. First was around Christmas,... possibly the 23rd or 24th, and I went in while on a work errand. I did not have my personal debit card so I planned to use myApple Watch. Unfortunately, my watch wasn?t working with their system. I explained that I worked across the street and would goto get payment and be right back. Rather, the employee said to go ahead and take my food and just bring payment later ???? I wasvery thankful! However, due to getting busy...I FORGOT ???? so, I went back the next open day after the holiday. They wereunderstanding and I was so impressed that they provided the decency of letting me leave to eat my food fresh! The nextoccurrence was today. I have recently had surgery and I cannot walk without the aid of a walker. I called to see if thislocation was offering curbside pickup as I would be next door picking up takeout for my son. The employee I spoke to said nobut, understanding my situation, she would be willing to bring it out to me! When she came out, she had my bag on a tray thatshe placed through my window to maintain social distancing. Neither time was there an expectation for these employees to goabove and beyond, but they did and I am extremely grateful for their kindness. I wish I had caught their names - both had nametags I just didn?t think to register them - but, if either see this, please know that your kindness is very appreciated. Read more

Theyre pos system was down and i was patience with them to resolve my online order and i was not given the same respect. I was... accused of lying about my order and when I proved it was correct I didnt get any kind of apology. I will not be returning. Iasked if i could have ONE bag of chips after my hour wait and the manager got upset with my request. I was extremelydisappointed feom my visit. My job is near and i order from there quite often i had a issues when i order from uber eats aswell. I will have to find soemwhere else for my lunch. I would like to add my order was about fifty dollars worth. I think a bagof chips after a hour wait shouldnt of been such a problem. Read more

So I have been going to this Subway for years now. I actually have a closer one by my work but I go out of my way to go to this... one instead. The couple(?) that owns the store are very hard working and kind. And the employees are always nice. The store isclean and they always ask me what cheese I want. Why do half the Subways I go to assume I want provolone? Lord. Anyway. Go here! Read more

The employees are nice and when I go, I'm always served quickly. My only issue is their payment system is outdated and sometimes... doesn't accept my Subway stuff. Today I was unable to use my Samsung Pay as it only supported Apple and Android Pay, I usedPayPal on my app instead. Wasn't a major hurdle, but still a minor inconvenience. Read more

Earlier this month, on National Sandwich Day, my wife visited Subway #51464-0. She ordered two 12 inch combos to go, was served,... and left. I was the first to open the sandwiches after she got home. To my dismay, the bread was hard. In disbelief I checkedthe other half and then the other sandwich?.all hard. Not rock hard but slightly stiff and definitely stale. Tapping the breadwith my fingernail produced a ?ticking? sound. The food was not fresh; it wasn?t the soft texture I had come to recognize asbeing from Subway. I even go as far as NEVER requesting my bread toasted because that freshness and softness of the bread isdesirable. I was immediately unsettled by this because I knew they could do better so my response was to take the food back andhave it replaced. I explained myself to multiple times that the bread was stale and I didn?t have a receipt. I was finallydirected to Yolanda. She puts on a plastic glove, pokes the sandwich, says it was not hard, and attempts to dismiss thesituation by saying ?No.? The three ladies began speaking among themselves in Spanish directly in front of me. I had to ask themto speak in English so that I could understand. Yolanda annoyed by me, walks away and returns a moment later and hands mesomeone?s personal cell phone without explanation or knowledge of who was on the phone. A man identifying himself only as theowner began berating me advising that his food was fresh. He opened the conversation by insulting me. I stopped him to explainthat I knew the difference between fresh and not fresh and not to blindly indict me. He went on to talk about the volume theydid saying the ingredients were fresh due to turnover. I speculate that they baked the bread in advance and held it in reserveanticipating high volume?.thus allowing time for it to NOT be fresh. This Subway runned by mean and unpatient workers. First of all I came and saw the lady throw out trash walking in to help me.... She went behind the sandwich bar little to fast. I asked if she washed her hands and felt insulted. That I should of left Subwaybut I was starving. While making the sandwich she was tapping my sandwich on the counter like I was taking forever. Likesandwich having a seizure. Apologize for taking too long to figure out what I wanted to add but no one was in line. I asked toeat at the place because I was on my way to pick up family at airport wasn't heading home.
