Until today I'd easily spend over 100 per week here. Today, I came in to get my mobile order. A short older woman who's an... employee is hovering over the pickup area keeping everyone from getting their drinks promptly. I tell her she's hindering mybeing able to grab my drink she rudely tells me she's working and clearing old orders. My order is up, getting cold, and thewhipped cream on my frap is now flat! Yet, she grimmaces, allows me to get my drink, tells me my food isn't ready yet ITS RIGHTTHERE IN A BAG!!!! I have a Starbucks by my work if I continue as a customer at all I'll just go there. There's a young man atthe Jefferson location, he knows even mobile customers by name. That young man should be the manager. Read more
I was served by Seday for a mobile order and she took over twenty minutes to get to my drink and she would?ve never gotten to it... had I not told her too. What a ridiculous worker, I watched her straw at the cups she had and completely ignore two peoplesdrinks to do the easier ones. Even those who ordered after me had there drinks done first. It is the Grande size of a coffee what they made and valued $6. I asked for No Ice, it is reasonable the coffee less then usual,... but it is not suppose to be less then half cup right???I used to order ice coffee without ice multiple times in other Starbucksstore, never seen something like that.
