Jack was our server (I believe - that's who was on the receipt- if not I apologize). We were seated and never attended to.... Manager finally caught on. Placed our order for us. Apps came before drinks and still never seen our server. Finally get drinks.Food comes... Still no server. No anyone actually. Eventually they caught on and tried to cover themselves at the end. Check waswrong (after manager put it in) and took 2 people to fix ???? Food was good. Service sucked. Came in from out of town andstopped on the way out. Randomly decided to dine out on a Thursday evening. We thought the exterior of the restaurant looked cool, retro, but new. We... were sat and greeted by our server right away. We could tell he was new, but he was friendly and attentive, he would just forgetthings now and then. Cocktails were affordably priced and got the job done. Food came out at good pace. Our entrees were okaybut we thought they could have been better. Buns were cold, and felt average compared to other options in the area. Huge for me:you can substitute any beef patty with a turkey burger! I have a red meat allergy, so getting to enjoy a burger was awesome.Overall had a good time, and we will come back again. It's not an epic place that you shouldn't miss. The sandwiches are decent and so are the fries, which do better with the queso.... However, I loved the cream soda! The kids menu is interesting. Red Robin burgers are delicious. I've eaten at this chain scrap several times. No matter which location I've been to, the food... has always been consistent. And bottomless fries, so awesome! Went to the seven corners falls church location for the 1st time.My server was friendly & knowledgeable. I came to redeem my free birthday burger, & he let me know that the chicken sandwichescould also be redeemed. He recommended one of the chicken sandwiches, which I customized a bit. It was delicious. Usually I enjoy coming here but this last visit was the worst... had to ask for campfire sauce 3x and still never got it... (instead was brought mayo and ranch?) And they were brought literally when we were half way through our food. There was a hairin my one refill ugh. My wife and I went here and ordered the Tavern Double and Burning Love burger. Both burgers came out quickly and fresh. The... Tavern Double is your typical cheeseburger but the Burning Love has a roasted jalapeño attached to the hot. The initial friesweren't super fresh but the next batch was hot. As always, you can order whatever sauce you want free of charge, so we orderedthe ranch and campfire sauce (similar to a BBQ-mayo). Yesterday i went with my family and had a good dinner. Food was tasty and delicious. Steak fries and onion rings are crispy. The... staff were working very hard between pickups and seating services which took them few minutes to take us to sit. The waitresswas working super hard to serve all tables and i she was very nice and polite. I want to thank her for that. The AC was too coldat the beginning but half an hour later they lowered it.
