Extremely polite and non judgmental. Regardless of how often I go there I get the same treatment. I am disabled and have... problems breathing. They accommodate me every time bringing my food to me and offering to help me to my car. They even give memilitary discount, most other places don?t honor veterans. Due to my health, I go there sporadically every few months and Istill get the same treatment. They are consistently, polite and accommodating. Over the years, I found out this place is anexample of what people will who open businesses from other countries should act like. Thank you for all your help and respect! Read more
visiting from the west coast but if I lived here I'd come here all the time! the kibbeh and the baba ghanoush are as good as... homemade. I've never seen a place serve Lebanese brunch staples like they have on this menu. ugh truly if I lived in town I'dbe here all. the. time. Read more

Let me get right to the point: if it wasn't for the poor service, I would have given a 4-star rating for the good food. For the... service, it should be 1-star. It was after 1 pm on a weekday. After being led to the table, no one attended to us for a longwhile. I had to flag down a server to say we were ready to order. The spinach pie appetizer was served cold. One bite into thestuffing (the picture shows), I could tell it came straight out the refrigerator to the table. I understand restaurants areshort-staffed nowadays due to the tight labor market. But if you are already at the restaurant working, you can't bother to heatup the food and just absent-mindedly took to the table? I tried to get someone's attention but no one came. I got up to take thewhole plate to the back. One server was chatting with a table of customers. I stood next to him clearly indicating I neededsomething. Yet he was chatting away as if I didn't exist (he was not serving because the customers were already eating). Ifinally got the attention of a female server. As I stated explaining to her, she stopped me to answer the phone in her hand. Itwas a phone order. SHE ACTUALLY IGNORED A CUSTOMER STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER TALKING TO HER TO ATTEND TO ANOTHER CUSTOMERON THE PHONE! Unbelievable! It's too bad that the service was awful because our food actually was good. The baba ghanoush wasvery good. The pita bread was served warm (at least someone had thought of that!). Our Raouche Combo platter (chicken, beef,Kufta) was good too. There are many good Middle Eastern restaurants around here. I will not go back. Read more
Raouche is one of the authentic tasting Lebanese restaurant. It offers dine in and take away. The place was very clean , well... kept with lots of natural light, the tables were spaced out nicely. We ordered 2 Chicken shawarma sandwiches with fries , a beefshawarma sandwich, Falafel plate and cheese pie. The sandwiches were a good size and tasted great.. we liked Chicken a lotbetter. There were 5 Falafel in the plate and they were crispy and fresh served with tahini sauce. The food was served hot andfresh and was more than enough for 3 people and a child. The place serves halal meats.The servers were very courteous,and theservice was great. Overall a nice place to eat with family. Read more
