Delicious breakfast biscuit sandwiches! The biscuits themselves are amazing as are the toppings. Really cute little strip of... shops, definitely worth a visit. Read more
I visited early Saturday afternoon for an Easter Eve treat, and I was rewarded for seeing what online reviews folks were... writing. The friendly woman taking orders greeted me as I entered what truly looked like a community, small business. At least adozen people came while I was there to either eat outside or takeaway. I placed my order easily for a Prime Time biscuit, sweetpotato tots with pulled pork, a Strawberry Shortie biscuit, and an unsweetened iced tea. My order took 20 minutes for thebiscuits and five more for the tots, assuring me of the freshness of what I was about to eat. These biscuits have more of acake-like texture than flaky and have good flavor with crunchy tops and bottoms with softer insides ? delights to eat to besure. The fillings were both delicious. The shaved prime rib was not too fatty and held a satisfying balance with the onions, cheese, and coulis. The strawberries and cream had fresh tasted that were refreshing without being close to overly sweet. Thesurprise came in the form of the tots which were cooked the best of any I have tasted. Tots were thermally hot, crisp on theoutside, and soft on the inside (stayed so for at least ten minutes if not longer). The pork was rendered so it was a touchcrispy to accent the tots wonderfully. All in all I felt I received good value for my visit, with the total bill amounting tojust over $30 with tax. Two of the staff pleasantly checked on me to see my reaction and engage me in a few minutes ofconversation. I would absolutely make another trip if not more than one trip to try other savory and sweet offerings. Read more
Friendly people and excellent service! We got the brekkie sandwiches. Well, tasted fine, but I guess I?m not much of a biscuit... fan. It was too big to put into your mouth, and after a few bites the biscuit fell apart, so you dumped it in your plate to eatwith knife and fork. And I think there?s way too much biscuit for the sandwich, too. Anyways, come try and see what you think. Read more
2022 update: I love Preservation Biscuit Company!! My husband and I came here about 9 months ago, not long after they first... opened and were blown away by the flavor combinations and the new take on strawberry shortcake. On this visit we took advantageof the special menu items: The Queen and Marionberry sandwiches. We also ordered the always yummy PBC and a side of fries. TheQueen is a combination of fried egg, salmon (lox), arugula, hollandaise and dill sauce on a fluffy biscuit. The egg yolk poppedjust as I placed the other biscuit half on top and created the perfect photo of the deliciousness I was about to experience. Theflavors went together so well....little messy, but I'll take it, since it was good to the last bite! The marionberry ice creamdessert biscuit was a perfect finish to our meal. The ice cream melted nicely into the biscuits and the marionberry/blueberrycombination reminded me of why I cannot wait for summer! Both sandwiches feature partnerships with other local small businessesfor sustainably sourced local ingredients. The PBC is known awesomeness...if you like fried chicken, shredded cabbage, hothoney, bacon, and smoked gouda pimento spread, this is your sandwich! Even the fries were crispy and delicious. Oh, and thehot or iced coffee is great too. The owner and team at PBC are super friendly and provide a welcoming atmosphere. This is agreat business to support during Women's History Month! Thank you team PBC for another great experience and the jam is soooogood!! :-) ?--------------- Preservation Biscuit is amazing! My husband and I stopped by on a Sunday for a Yelp Elite perkopportunity and we are so glad we did. The location is right next to The Bakeshop, which is also one of our favorites. Weordered the cordon blue, the brekkie, and the strawberry shortie. All three were off the hook delicious. The staff recommendedmy husband get pimento cheese on the brekkie (he also ordered the egg on the sandwich as frie Read more
Reviewing spots that are new to me I make at least 2 visits. Stumbling on Preservation Biscuits on Friday morning, February 11,... 2022 simply buying 2 biscuits that came with 3 generous portions of jams - blueberry, strawberry and apricot. I warmed one ofthe biscuits at home and had it with scrambled eggs and Applewood Smoked Bacon. Disappointed that the biscuit was dense, heavy, not easy to chew. It was bland not having a hint of butter or buttermilk flavor. They are supposed to be flakey, soft andbuttery. Jams on the other hand had the concentrated essence of their respective fruit but not enough cover for lacking biscuitin my taste opinion. Second visit was Wednesday morning, March 2, 2022 for dine-in, ordering scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuit andblack coffee. Two bacon slices to my eye were thin 1/32? inch restaurant cut; received what is best described as omelette styleeggs (eggs have to be whisked to get fluffy scrambled eggs); biscuit was cold and flavorless again and coffee okay. Service isaffable and interior is stripped down industrial vibe with a splashy, bistro, Toulouse Lautrec style, wall mural - black and redline drawing on white background that pops. Plate breakfast was served on had the appearance of Vintage Fiestaware. Read more
Unique for the area biscuits are worth the try, was a bit dry on edges we were there later in the day. Didn't matter if you got... the Southern Belle because it's covered in gravy and the way to go with any biscuits. I might have to ask if they toast thebiscuits for their other options to keep it more like a sandwich? But the prime rib biscuit was melt in your mouthdelicious. French toast was interesting and very unique but get one to split with your group to give it a whirl. Overall anice find in the area will be back to try the banana rama and get a good ol southern belle. Read more

Excellent food quality and presentation.. The staff is wonderful and very sweet.. I enjoyed the special, The Queen, fitting name... for me ????.. My husband enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and he doesn't like that ever so it must be delicious.. the loadedpotato wedges were good with the pulled pork.. The PBC chicken was tender and nice to have vegan/lactose free choices, however, the cheese here is a no go for us.. overall excellent food with a very high price tag.. not sure I would make it a regular stopbut it's a nice treat.. cost 65$ for 3 people to dine for breakfast plus the tip ????
