Too salty

The food was okay, a tad worse than "normal" popeyes quality. The issue I had was with the service. My dasher did a great job... getting my food to me ASAP, which was about 40 minutes after I placed the order. Even with the order taking extra time to beprepared, they still forgot a biscuit and my drink, so I was essentially scammed out of nearly $5. Not a ton of money, but whenI order from somewhere, it'd be nice to know that I'm getting ALL of what I paid for, not 3/4 of it. Read more

Wilston shopping center store, Arlington blvd, VA, service there get worse and worse, slow speed and wrong orders. I, as one of... their returning customers, used to visit this store frequently. Most of service team members there know me, but recently thisteam seems changed and a lot of new faces joining in. It should be good, but now, I changed my mind to stop going there. Lastweek, I went there dine-in, asked them politely and spoke clearly to order 2 strawberry pies, but they gave me 1 strawberry pieand 1 apple pie. It?s Okay, and I know sometimes mistakes may happen. I didn?t ask for refund or blame their careless work. Iforgave them. Today,about 2hrs ago, I went there again. Ordered same things, 2 strawberry pies. They just gave me 2 apple pieswithout saying anything, not telling me there?s no more strawberry ones. As a store manager, how could you say you not knowthere?s no that kind of food on the shelter? What if, if I had apple allergy, would you still perform so ?whatever? appearanceand ?just refund you? attitude to me? I am very pleased with this Popeyes location. My food has always been hot, juicy, and crispy. The establishment is clean and the... front line employees are super friendly! This place has been hit or miss (mostly miss) every time we come here. My wife had a craving for fried chicken and Popeye's is... the natural choice. However, when we use the coupon from the Popeye's app we're always met with apathy and reluctance. Why offercoupons to get us to come in the store when you don't want to serve us? I'll concur with another reviewer that the manager,Nadia, is the most reluctant of them all. This experience is not unique to this location. It also has been felt in Annandale andthe Vienna location but not to this reluctant degree. Chicken is also dry and small. When you get lucky to get the good pieces,it's the taste you expect from Popeye's. Lastly, they're very stingy with the condiments. Read more
