The quality was great and the price is affordable. They have staff shortage due to the pandemic so be patient, if you are in... rush so I recommend taking the Pho dish for the best. Heard about this place recently and decided to give it a try. It turned out super great. The restaurant was clean and had a... comfortable ambience, waiters were friendly and attentive. The foods were fresh and tasty. I tried their signature Tu Ech rollsince Egg roll and Summer roll have been too common for Vietnamese restaurant. It was different in a good way: Differentingredients, different sauce. The round rice noodle fish soup was so flavored and rarely see in others Vietnamese restaurant. Ilearned that all the foods are cooked to order so they are really fresh and no microwave. So you should expected a littlewaiting time if you have many people. Been here 4 times already. Every time been satisfied by food and happy with the service. Space is clean, well lit with proper... sanitization and social distancing practiced. The wall art is also fun! This time got Summer Rolls (delicious peanut sauceincluded), #32 Sharkey Beef Rice and #35 Caramelized Baby Back Ribs. Both mains were really tasty. Those ribs wereaddiction-worthy... So juicy and sweet. Mains come with a small side soup of aromatic pho broth and herbs. Everything was sodelicious we decided to order some grilled mussels and more Summer rolls. The mussels are very earthy so I suggest you ask forextra lime to balance them. Each scallion and peanut topped piece is very large and filling. I'd recommend them to be sharedwith a larger group of people. Previously had pho soup which comes in one size only. Should you always order large bowls andfinish them then this may not be enough food. For everyone else, the bowl is packed w meat and great taste. The Thia iced tea isdelicious as is the iced lemonade. There is even some unique items on the menu that separates this from other Vietnameserestaurants. So check this place out and leave happy! Tasty and cozy food! Got pho today to fill my tummy in such cold day. They do have interesting dishes besides pho. My favorite... is #15- Fish cake noodle soup. The fish was soft, felt like it was melting in my mouth! Comes with 2 little cute quaileggs. Great customer service. Definitely would come back to try other dishes with my friends. Read more
The food overall was good. The pho had real pho flavors and was steaming hot when brought out but it was inconsistent. One day... the food was fabulous and the next, the food isn't as fresh and hot. Went in a total of 3 times and I don't think I'll continuetrying my luck. Read more
