My husband parked in their parking lot while he went to Urgent Care. He parked before they opened and left slightly after. ... There were few if any cars in the lot upon arrival and departure. They towed his car!! They said there is a sign and I believeit but to call the car for towing so soon. I would understand if it was in the way or preventing customers from getting tothem. As those who know, their pizza is divine! I?m a stuffed crust, the works type of gal. I order it at least once a week. It?s just... so good! But it?s the customer service and pricing that?s not consistent. This pie can cost between $19 and $24! Yeah, thisbothers me. Our recent trip to Papa John?s was disappointing with customer service due to the mixed messages we got from thereps on the phone to the employees at the store. Used to be good, but ordered today around 5pm for dinner, since I finished all of my final exams...called at 7:30pm after long... wait about my order, trying to find out when would it be delivered, and they told me it left long ago..8:57 pm, still noorder..so, even the manager didn't make it right! By making another order and delivering it himself! As far as I'm concerned,got ripped off by both driver and franchise! Didn't offer a refund NOTHING!!! they are not delivering my dinner at 9pm. Hot food, great service! Owner empowers his employees to act as an owner should! I pressed! Of anything, The owner would also... make a killing I'd he including a simple large or side salad (prepare X amt per day until sold out to-kerp lettuce crisp). Wingsneed a little more time crisping. I ordered a papadia, they forgot to put sauce in it, didn't cut it, virtually no cheese and it has very few toppings. Basically,... it's just bread with a few meatballs, pepperoni and a few shreds of cheese. Terrible. Edit: I called the manager the next day.They delivered me a replacement papadia. Photos 5+. I didn't mind paying delivery or tip. However, this was also not cut apart,no sauce, and even less toppings. Overall? More disappointing. Read more
Impressed on the staff, cleanliness and presentation of the food. I picked up food today and it was really a genuine, welcoming... experience. Andrew was pretty busy cooking, but he immediately acknowledged me and took care of my order. I wouldn't besurprised if he were the manager.
