The place is nice and look clean but there employees after touching the register, they phone, picking up stuff from the floor... with there hands they go straight to touch the food without washing they hand or using any gloves. Their cheese is Halal. So when you order pizza with halal ingredients, just mention you want clean cut. TADAAA... Halal pizza by... Papa John's. (Do not add any meat items as your topping. I don't know if those are halal or not) Read more
The order came 20 minutes late and barely warm. I called to check on the ETA for delivery. Someone picked up the phone and hung... it up. Never again. I was dumb enough to add the tip during the order process. Again, never again. Read more
It took ten minutes for me to pick up a carryout order. I arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. And I was the... only person waiting in the lobby. Also, Papa Johns "large" size pizzas are honestly a medium in size. Clever marketing. Pizzawas good though. Read more
Employees not washing their hands after handling money and helped customers at the register. I addressed the issue with... manager and I was told that 500 degree oven kills everything. I am sure that all restaurants have the hand washing policy. Idefinitely recommend that if you decide to order from this restaurant, you should go in and place your order. I would never goback there. Manager actually argued with me when I told him that one employee I saw didn't wash his hands after handling moneyand touched the register, customer credit card etc. I got a call from someone after 48 hrs. He defended his employees even heapologized. I didn't think he was sincere. I am very disappointed with this situation. Read more
