I think you have to be careful not to judge this Panera location based on comparison with larger locations. This is venue is... housed within the Fairfax NOVA hospital and primarily serves the patients and their visitors and employees within. There isn'tmuch space within for gathering. There are kiosks for quick ordering and you can use your app. I visited on a Wednesday morningand found an abundance of mobile orders waiting to be picked up in the pick up area. The young staff is friendly and my orderswere accurate and satisfying for my morning purchase and when I returned for another lunch purchase. I plan to return during mystay here. Read more

This Cafe is great, however it is only accessible to hospital staff and visitors. The cafe is smaller than your usual Panera... Bread but the service is certainly not affected by that. The staff are very attentive and keep the area clean and coffees fresh.Currently, they are only taking electronic payment (No Cash) and you have the option of ordering online, at the kiosk, or at theregister. They only serve orders to go but they have a small space to dine in. Read more
FYI this location does not do mobile or to go orders. This location is inside a hospital. I did a mobile order while driving... through the area. My daughter ran inside to get our order and was told that she needed to go back to the car, call the store,and they would bring our order out. When I called I was rudely told that they don?t do take out or curbside orders. I explainedthat the employee had told us to call and I had a mobile order. He responded that they don?t do mobile orders. Nothing to thiseffect on the mobile app. Read more
Was excited to find a Panera in the hospital, but the excitement didn't last long. My steak and cheese sandwich was a whole... sandwich, but seemed like it only had a half portion of steak. When I opened the sandwich up to scrape off the excessivehorseradish, half of the sandwich only had onions on it, no beef. The bread was great, but if you're only going to sell anonion and horseradish sandwich, then please list it that way on the menu. Read more
