I?ve had my share of pizza during my 40+ years on earth. None of it has compared to Ledo. I can confidently say that Ledo Pizza... makes the greatest pizza on the entire planet. So I have been a customer of Ledo's off and on for at least 15 years (in this location). It has always been a welcoming... establishment that supports the greater Falls Church area. They are heavily involved in community sports through sponsorship andsupport the local non-profits as well. They also have great food! The pizza is not my favorite style of pizza (I preferNapoleon) but it is great for what it is. Their wings are fantastic, and the apps are great. The thing I love about this placethe most is the vibe though. It really is a neighborhood joint. The staff is awesome and are always super welcoming. I witnessedthem through the whole pandemic and they really went above and beyond to make everyone feel as safe as possible while stilltrying to provide an outlet to normal world. Falls Church restaurant has serious customer service issues. I was very excited to treat my guests with LEDO pizza.... Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it because the restaurant manager, who assisted me, was unfriendly and impatient. She raised hervoice when I asked if they had a no-ham pizza for my friends. "Built your own pizza!" - she repeatedly responded in anaggressive manner. Her approach towards paying customer made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When placing a $114 order atthe LEDO location, I expected to be treated nicely and friendly following LEDO pizza's high standards, and Instead, I got theworst customer service in my life. According to your website, 'the concept is to provide high-quality food at a great value in acomfortable, family atmosphere," and it feels nothing like this in the Falls Church location. Other employees I spoke to, boththe host and the cook, were friendly and welcoming. In this context, it's been even more shocking to see a hostile manager'sapproach toward your loyal paying customer.
