This place used to be one of my favorite pizza joints but somehow after some years it has gotten worse though it is still very... good. Very dry pizza. Almost no sauce and very light cheese. I feel jipped.

Great pizza shop with outstanding customer service. Friendly and warm greeting and helpful staff.

The staff couldn?t of been nicer.. Pizza was kind of greasy the type you can dab off with a napkin. Nothing wrong with a little... grease but it was a little too much.Garlic nots sitting out as well as other food uncovered on the top shelf of the displayrack. Place needs to be painted and cleaned. This used to be our favorite place in the Falls Church area for NYC style pizza, but in the past few months it's gone way... downhill. For example, our delivery last night got the order wrong and didn't even cut the pizza through! On other recent ordersthey couldn't find my address, or couldn't even take the order and credit card at all. Read more

Service was great. The guy behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Pizza was cooked perfectly with generous toppings. It... only took around 10 minutes to get our pizza. A lot of the negative reviews are concerned with timing. There was only one personworking when we were there. I?m sure having only one employee would affect the delivery times. We love the pizza, but the service at the Falls Church location has really gone downhill in the past year. The last three orders... have taken a singnificant longer time than promised for pickup. This last time I was told rudely that it would be 10 moreminutes multiple times. We will not be ordering from this location again, nor would I recommend it for anyone looking to getpizza in less than an hour (for pickup!). There are too many other more friendly and timely places in Falls Church! Read more
