This location sucks! We've had EB at 2-3 other locations (including the Zoo and Natural History Museum, both in DC where they... are VERY busy), and had 100% difference experiences there. Our toddlers received spicy chicken tenders in their meals - which wedidn't request - AND they weren't cooked all the way! 3 out of 4 of them still had raw batter all inside! And far warning tothose of us who LIKE flavor, this location doesn't add a single grain of salt or pepper (at the very least) to their burgers orfries! I got the guacamole burger and my husband got the goat cheese one - don't know how they managed to make them both SObland. Mine had ranch and elevation sauce on it. I literally used my finger to scoop off each sauce and try them individually:flavorless (and no, no Cxvid obstructing my taste, here????). Do not go to this location. The burgers are good, though the quality has slipped a bit in recent years. But the facility's cleanliness (I've eaten in Falls... Church and Arlington locations in the last few months) is catch as catch can. The fries seems distinctly worse - today they weresoggy. Staff seem completely disinterested. Read more

When they first open this place was very good. The quality of the food has declined. The burger patties don't taste that good.... My biggest disappointment was the cheese. Originally their cheese was full of flavor. Now it's not as good. The staff are verynice. Read more

First and last time giving this place a shot. The food is decent but for the price you can definitely go elsewhere. The service... is always TERRIBLE, the folks in the back just stare at you and then continue doing what there doing; had I not said ?excuse me?I?d probably still be standing there. This place sucks. The workers stared at me for five minutes doing nothing before taking my order. I ordered the most simple... thing on the menu, chicken tenders and fries. The fries were practically uncooked and the chicken tenders smelled weird andtasted funny. They barely look like chicken tenders. How do you mess chicken tenders up?! Food was decent but not worth the disrespectful and inefficient service. We ordered on line, food was 10 minutes late and only... the burgers were ready. It took an additional 20 minutes to make 4 shakes! Not a fan. Read more

The food is decent, but when the interaction with the cashier is horrible especially when you're one of the only people there,... it definitely didn't make me excited about the food. Which really sucked because I had been looking forward to trying ElevationBurger for a couple of months now and finally had the time. This is a nice burger place for the most part. The burgers are very good, but my burger was not as tender or juicy as I would... have liked it to be (still good either way, though). I believe they use organic meat in all or most of their burgers, I knowmine was organic. The fries were very good as well, and they use olive oil to fry them (not sure if the olive oil is organic ornot). On the downside, I also found my meal to be pricey for what it was. It would be great if there were some all-natural oreven organic soda options. There were some organic juice, milk, and iced-tea options. Overall, this is a nice burger place. Read more
