Sunday June 26 12:35 pm. I was told they are not making food. There was no backlog of orders. Just like 2 other times they said... no food. Only drinks. If you cannot handle the volume then hire more people. If the management is unqualified then workelsewhere. Very unprofessional. No wonder the rating is 3.5. If they do not want to work they stop making food. LOL. Sat Sept10: for the second time my bagel was old, soggy and hard to chew. Like chewing on leather. Other Dunkin donuts have fresh bagelsthat are soft and crisp after toasting. Still understaffed and old food. Read more
Very rude,Racist, Lazy staff first you go they will hide behind the counter and delay to attend you and then will lecture... you patience is the key .and then when you order any food item first person will say I do not want to take you order then 2ndperson comes they will already tell you it will take 30 minutes even there is no costomer or if you give the food order thenthey will make you wait and after 20 minutes you ask what happened to my order then they will tell you we forgot it .then alwaysbe rude very lazy staff even you are costomer they won't allow you to use restroom Read more
I had been here many times. I could understand if the bath room not let the non custmer using it ! But now even you are the... custmer , they refused to using the bathroom ! Bc I had asked for 1 time every day this week , I came to get my coffee in mybreak time every day ! I am sick of tired of their staff said bath room not working every day ! I finally asked a staff is thatnot working or bc it is donut don't allow custmer using bathroom ! Finally , the staff is admitted yes , they don't allow payingcustmer using bathroom any more ! The manager is literally the most racist person I?ve met so far. He has mocked a few customers and literally scares people from... wanting to go here anymore and honestly its not surprising.
