Sunday June 26 12:35 pm. I was told they are not making food. There was no backlog of orders. Just like 2 other times they said... no food. Only drinks. If you cannot handle the volume then hire more people. If the management is unqualified then workelsewhere. Very unprofessional. No wonder the rating is 3.5. If they do not want to work they stop making food. LOL. Sat Sept10: for the second time my bagel was old, soggy and hard to chew. Like chewing on leather.
