I went into the drive they got two chocolate glazed donut and was given the completely wrong thing. And they had just about... everything on the menu unavailable. They honestly don?t even rate 1 star. Easily the worst Dunkin out of all the ones I?ve been to nationwide. They take forever to... even acknowledge when you pull up to order at the drive-thru. I have to repeat my order multiple times because they repeat itback incorrectly. Once they finally repeat back correctly, 9 times out of 10 it?s still wrong. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I always experienced so bad in this location. 10 times I came, 10 times they made my orders wrong. Not just a person, each time... I came, there was a different employee, but the same problem, I don?t understand how. No matter how I ordered, online orin-store or drive through, still made my drinks wrong. Really waste money. They?ve gotten my drink several times no. I didn?t want to post until I knew the service was consistently bad. By the way be... aware they are not putting the right amount of expresso shots in your drink. They are not giving you what you payed for. Theylack the ability for competent service. Read more
